How To Register For This Class:

1. Fill out the enrollment form. Once the form is filled out, you will receive a message letting you know that we have received it.
   
   **Note** Some State Approved courses require more than one form to be filled out. (If you are required to fill out a state form, you can leave the Course # and Instructor #’s blank.  We’ll fill out that part. You can save the form and attach to email, or you can fax the form to the number at the bottom of the form.
   
   
2. Pay for the course by clicking the “Pay For My Class” button.  You can pay by credit or debit card.  
   
   **Note** If your facility needs to be billed, check the “Invoice Facility” box on the Enrollment Form and fill out the facility information section. 
   
   
3. If a textbook is required, click the textbook link to order the book(s).  Some courses do not require textbooks.
