Certified Nurse Aide

Course Description:

Becoming a Nurse Aide Provides opportunities to work in Nursing Homes; Hospitals; Assisted Living Facilities; and many other health care positions where patient assistance is needed.

Expected income ranges from $9.00 - $11.00 per hour depending on location and the type of work you do.

This is a nursing techniques course designed to develop the skills of nurses' aides in the hospital or long-term care facility. This course provides 45 hours online didactic learning and 45 hours lab and clinical to be completed at the Long Term Care. Making a total of 90 hours, as required by KDHE.

Certified Nurse Aide Course

For Facilities: This Certified Nurse Aide course has options! Your facility can choose the month(s) you would like to begin. The course must be 4 weeks in length. The course must have a minimum of 5 students.

You may utilize We Care Online's classroom portion of your Nurse Aide class. Your RN instructor can teach lab and clinical in your facility.
